John Riggs convicted at Devon Assizes 4. 8. 1800 sentance Life crime not recorded - NSW census in 1828 says age 63 born 1765 but birth is unclear.

Sailed on ship " Glatton " with 262 males and 125 females under Captain James Colnett R.N. and Surgeon J. Mountgarrett on 23. 9. 1802, via Rio De Janerio arriving Port Jackson, Sydney on
11. 3. 1803. Assigned in 1803 to Mr George Salter, then 1811 to Michael Coyne.

Given absolute pardon on 31. 1. 1813 and in 1828 NSW census aged 63 was a Farmer at Pitt Town.
