| Connor (Cornelius) was convicted on 21 June 1824 having shot & murdered John Bentley (a shepherd & former transportee)on 30 March 1824 at Newcastle NSW. He was sentenced to death. Submitted by Researcher (Brian & Toni ) on 14 June 2014
