Moved to Emu farm for selection in Nov 1820, ration list 1822 and 1825, census 1828 Emu
Court case mention -Springwood and Emu Plains in 1825 Ticket of leave March 1829 in Evans (Penrith) and Sydney Working in Sydney as tinsmith
Married Mary Sullivan about Jan 1832 Birth of first child 1832, living at Lane Cove, pipemaker in 1834 Conditional Pardon Aug 1835 -never to return to England Land transferred to brother in 1841- Parramatta Rd, road widening Electoral roll 1842 to 1845 -Clarence St Death 2 May 1875 Rainbow Reach, Macleay River (Kempsey) at or near his sons property buried Spencer Creek, later reinterred in Rookwook Catholic
