Edmund was born about 1804 Limerick Ireland and was convicted at Limerick in 1826 and sentenced to life transportation

Edmund arrived Sydney aged 23 aboard Mariner on 23 May 1827 with his Indent showing trade "tailor".

Edmund was convicted on 9 August 1832 of highway robberies of J Moore at Cabramatta on 1 June & George Stephens on 1 Jun at Parramatta & Patrick Needle on 4 June 1832 and sentenced to death.
