I found this informaoin and place it here hoping it will help another researcher.

Norah Garver: Born about 1811, London, England. Parents: unknown as yet.
Crime: Norah Garver (spinster) and Elizabeth Green (married): Stealing a watch and 5shillings the monies and property of James Anderson.
Trial: Middlesex, London, England. Sentenced both to transportation for 14 yrs.

Permission to marry Application 27th September 1832 made by William Briggs, 25yrs, transported for 7 years. Condition: FREE.

See Convict Records for spouse William BRIGGS, sentenced to seven (7) transportation. Ship ‘Hercules’, sailed 24th December 1824, arrived NSW South Wales 7th May 1825. Married at Parramatta 27 September 1832. The Revd Samuel Marsden NRS 11212 {4/4508;Fiche 790}. Both signed with an “X”. Witnesses: James Humphrey and Michael Bryan.

Norah’s Ticket of Leave: granted 20 November 1838 NSW.
Norah’s Certificate of Freedom: 1st October 1844. Native place London, England. Birth-year 1811.

Description: 5 feet, 1 inch tall; complexion pale & freckled; hair black; eyes brown; several scars & tattoos listed I have not been able to locate any children of William & Norah and have not found Norah’s death/burial. In case she had remarried I looked for marriages under Norah Briggs, but to no avail.
