Biographies

William Was born in South East England, In around 1816. In 1833,He was first sentenced to 1 month hard labour for theft, He stole a waistcoat. then He was tried and sentenced to 12 months Hard Labour for Theft of a Dutch Cheese.
In 1835, As this was his 3rd offence he was sentenced to 14yrs transportation, Again for theft, This time for Stealing 2 Geese and a Turkey!.
He was in a lot of trouble during his sentence, and was in the Bridgewater Chain Gang. He was granted his Ticket of Leave in 1849.
