The Association runs the following domestic competitions:
Tues afternoons – high school age girl’s competition Tues nights - women’s competition Wed nights - men’s competition Saturday - U12 U14 U16 U19.

HDBA enters the Basketball New South Wales representative competitions. This year six teams were entered seniors - State League & Youth League juniors - U14 U16 U18 mens, and U16s women We hope to expand in the 2009 season.
