Located in the foothills of the Hawkesbury Valley, Willowbrae produces a range of artisan goats milk cheeses for the developing Australian palate.

Cheese maker Karen Borg creates these award winning delights with passion and a commitment to quality. her husband David is in charge of the dairy comprising of 100 high producing dairy goats that are milked twice daily. Such is the commitment at Willowbrae.

We currently produce the following cheese styles:

Kurrajong Cream	Fresh cheese made 8 hours before & salt free
Fresh Curd	Lightly salted fresh curd cheese
Tomato Roll	Sun-dried tomato & dill covering a fresh curd cheese
Pepper Pot	Curd cheese filles with green peppercorns finished with a lemon pepper crust
Olive Roularde	Kalamata Olive Covering fresh goat curd
St Albans	Two week old mould ripened cheese
Marinated Fetta	Fetta marinated in oil, vinegar, chilli, garlic & herbs
Marinated Chevre	Mature curd cheese marinated in oil with roasted garlic, bay leaves and chilli
Vineyard / Baby Vineyard	Mature goat cheese aged with blue & white mould. Approx. 6 months old
Yoghurt	Pure fresh goats milk & culture
