Terence was born about 1805 Meath Ireland and was convicted of "assault" at Meath in 1831 and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Terence arrived Sydney aged 27 aboard Captain Cook in 1832 with his Indent showing married with two children.

Terence and James Sproil alias Fraser (unidentified) were convicted on 11 May 1836 of entering robbing home of Honora Williams on 19 July 1835 and sentenced to death.
