Felix was born in Ireland and convicted at Louth Ireland in 1800 and sentenced to 7 years transportation and arrived Sydney aboard Hercules on 26 June 1802 with alias shown "Donnelly".

Felix under alias Donnelly and Michael Bagnall were convicted in June 1808 of robbery home of Jane Cobb & Edward Edwards on 27 May 1808 at Parramatta and sentenced to death
