William was born about 1802 Suffolk and was tried & convicted at Suffolk Assizes on 6 August 1829 and sentenced to life transportation

William arrived Sydney aged about 28 aboard Lady Feversham on 29 July 1830

William was convicted on 22 Aug 1834 of the murder of John Scott (Mangles 1833) on 31 May 1834 at Airds NSW and sentenced to death. He was hanged on 25 August 1834 in Sydney NSW.
