Thomas was born about 1794?Chester and was convicted at Chester Assizes on 30 March 1818 and sentenced to life transportation

Thomas arrived Sydney aged about 24 aboard Hadlow on 24 December 1818

Thomas was convicted on 21 June 1842 of robbery dwelling of Robert Campbell of Sydney and sentenced to death which was subsequently commuted to time at Port Macquarie NSW.
