Richard was born about 1811 Cork Ireland and was convicted at Cork of "robbery house" and sentenced to 7 years transportation

Richard and Henry Cooke were convicted on 5 June 1833 of highway robbery Nathaniel Kentish on 31 March 1833 and sentenced to death.
